Privacy principles
How Match Fit Minds is designed to protect children.
- 👨👩👦
Parents own the account
A parent or guardian signs up and manages everything. Children don't need an email.
- 🙈
No public profiles
A player is just a first name and an age. Nothing a child does is visible to other children.
- 🏆
No leaderboards, no ranking
Progress is personal: learning, trying, practising and coming back.
- 📍
No location tracking
We never collect where a child is.
- 🚫
No advertising, no data sales
No behavioural ads aimed at children, and child data is never sold.
- 💬
No chat or messages
There is no way for a coach or stranger to message a child.
- 🗑️
You can delete it all
Edit or delete a player and all their progress at any time, from the parent area.
- ⚽
Football reviews stay in the family
A child's reflections about their football are seen by their parent only. Coaches and teammates can never see them, and they are never used for advertising or profiling. A parent can delete any review.
- 🤝
Sharing is your choice
If clubs and teams are added later, a parent decides what is shared.
These are design principles for an early prototype, not a statement of legal compliance. A formal privacy policy, data protection assessment and legal review are needed before a public launch.
