How paying for Match Fit Minds works. One subscription covers your whole household, not each child separately.

Plans and prices

Match Fit Minds: £29.99 per year, or £3.99 per month. Prices include VAT where it applies. [REVIEWER: confirm VAT treatment and price wording.]

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the full service. No card is needed. When it ends you keep a free plan, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. We will email you before an annual renewal. [REVIEWER: confirm renewal-reminder timing and wording required by current UK rules.]

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in the Parent Area under Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not make cancelling hard.

Refunds

If payment fails

We will tell you and give you time to update your card. If it still fails, your plan returns to Free.

When a subscription ends

Your children's profiles, progress and reviews are kept. Paid content is locked, and the free plan's limits apply. Nothing is deleted just because a subscription ended.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
